What is Resveratrol?
Resveratrol and associated dietary supplements, is an antioxidant frequently found in plants. Red wine, peanuts, grapes and blueberries contain traces this natural antioxidant. More concentrated sources of Resveratrol include grape seed and red wine extracts. Other rich sources of this humble nutrient are found in white hellebore roots and the Japanese knotweed.
